Cheesesteak

La specialite de Philly, rien d'execptionel mais les locaux en raffolent : comme son nom l'indique, de la viande et du fromage dans du pain... J'ai opte pour la version bagel, plutot pas mal, mais voici a quoi ressemble le "vrai" :
