New appartment!

Ca y est, apres 7 appartements en Chine (dont 5 a Shanghai), je demenage avec Benoit POUR DE BON! Emplacement ideal (5 min a pied de nos boulots), petite lane tranquille, 4eme etage, mezzanine(presque duplex!), petit mais lumineux et surtout ... terrasse !! (partagee avec les voisins retraites qui cultivent le jardin) pour...3500yuans/mois! Bref IDEAL. En espereant que le quartier ne se fasse pas demolir de si tot pour un nouveau buiding :/

That's it ! after 7 apartments in China (5 in Shanghai) I'm noving with Benoit for GOOD! Ideal location (5min from our work by foot), small quiet lane, 4th floor, mezzanine for the bed(almost duplex!), small but luminous, and... terrasse!!(shared with elderly neighbors who grow the garden) for only 3500yuas/month ! Well, IDEAL. Hopefully the area will not be destroyed to make another big building...
