Depuis le temps qu`on est en Chine, nous finissons par commander toujours les memes plats dans les restaurants… D`une part parce que ce sont nos preferes, et d`autre part parce que ce sont les seuls dont nous connaissons et soyons surs du resultat en les commandant… en voici quelques-uns, si vous voulez vous la peter, avec chinois, pinyin et phonetique :

Since we are in China, we finally always order the same meals in restaurant : on one hand because they`re our favorite, on the other hand because they are the only one we know and we are sure of what`s inside^^…Following some of them, in Chinese, Pinyin, and phonetic to show-off in Chinese restaurants :

西红柿炒鸡蛋- Xi hong shi chao ji dan- Sirongcheu tchaotsidane (tomates et omelette)

宫爆鸡丁- Gong bao ji ding- Gongbaodjiding (poulet aux cacahuetes)

鱼香肉丝-Yu xiang rou si-Yuchangjoseu(porc aigre-doux)

鱼香茄子-Yu xiang Qie zi-Yuchangtiezeu (aubergines sautees)ch 

糖醋里脊-Tang cu li ji-Tangtsoulidji (porc au caramel)

木须肉-Mu xu rou-mouchoujo (porc, champignons, omelette et comcombres)

鸡蛋炒饭-Ji dan chao fan-tsidanetchaofane (riz saute aux oeufs)

茄盒- Qie he-tchie reu (aubergines farcie et frites)

地三鲜-Di san xian- disansian (pommes de terre, aubergine et poivron sauce aigre-douce)

铁板牛肉-Tie ban niu rou- Tiebanenioujo (boeuf bouilli gresillant)
